This 5 500m² convenience centre situated on Bram Fischer Road in Ferndale, Randburg was acquired in partnership with Dorpstraat Beleggings.
A full revamp was undertaken, including placing a new 1 500 m² Woolworths Food store and a 554m² Clicks as anchors and balancing the rest of the centre with convenience tenants like Sorbet, Cell C, Absolute Pets and restaurant tenants like Rocomamas, Nando’s, Domino’s, Anat to name but a few.
The centre is located in the middle of a densely populated business node and is walking distance from the newly revamped Multichoice Offices. With the revamp now complete this convenience centre caters to the needs of both office employees and surrounding suburban areas.
